Since 1752, we have taken special pride in guaranteeing our customers’ complete satisfaction. That's why we continue to offer this guarantee: if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange or return.*
Our customers, including gift recipients, can start a return for an exchange, store credit, or refund by visiting our online Exchange and Returns Portal here.
Using our returns portal, you'll be able to access your order details, select the item(s) you wish to return, and print a prepaid return shipping label (if required).
We partner with Redo, a trusted third-party, to offer free contactless returns. Customers who add Redo to their cart are entitled to unlimited return attempts per order number. Redo will also cover the cost of shipping for return for refund. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart must pay the cost of shipping for any return for refund. Return shipping labels for exchanges and store credit are always free!

The refunded purchase price reflects any discounts, promotions or coupons used at time of purchase as well as any return shipping fees not covered by Redo.
Due to Board of Health regulations, we can only accept unused and unopened returns for the following items:
- Hair Brushes
- Combs
- Manicure Implements
- Shave Brushes
- Shaving Razors
All packages must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit. Returns received past 30 days, damaged or defective due to poor return packaging, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In most cases, refunds and exchanges will be approved upon acceptance of the package by the shipping carrier. For a refund to the original payment method, the credit card company determines when the credit reflects on the statement. The credit may take one full billing cycle to appear in your account.
