SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping will be applied to all online and phone orders where the total value of the order is $50 or higher after any discounts are applied, before tax and shipping charges. Free Standard Shipping only applicable for one shipping address per order within the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are excluded from these promotions).
Shipping Partners
Caswell-Massey partners with DHL, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service for shipping services The final shipping carrier is determined automatically based on location. To avoid any known issues receiving packages to a shipping addres from a particular carrier, we recommend contacting customer care before order placement. We cannot modify delivery instructions once an order has been fulfilled. Upon order fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided via a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Most orders placed online by 12:00PM EST will ship out the same business day, depending on product availability. This excludes certain periods with higher than normal order volumes such as holiday or promotional periods. Orders placed online after 12:00PM EST will be processed the next business day. Phone orders are not processed until the next business day. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders received after 12:00PM EST on Friday will ship by Tuesday of the following week. All orders ship from Plainfield, Indiana.

Multiple Ship-to Addresses
Orders shipping to multiple addresses must be placed as separate orders. Free shipping offers will only be applied to each individual address (if applicable), otherwise the standard shipping cost will be applied to each address.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer shipping internationally. Shipping is offered throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
Expedited Shipping:
We offer expedited 2-day through DHL. P.O. Box addresses are not deliverable by DHL and may cause delivery of expedited shipments to fail. Expedited shipping is not available for orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Due to restrictions, any orders containing alcohol products such as fragrance, aftershave, or tonics cannot be shipped via expedited shipping.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Orders shipped to a P.O. Box within the continental US will be delivered under standard shipping times are 5-8 business days depending on the destination. We cannot ship expedited 2-day shipping to a P.O. Box address.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will ship via UPS standard shipping and incur a $39.99 flat shipping fee. Free standard ground shipping promotions do not apply. Standard shipping time is 5-10 business days. No expedited shipment methods are available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. PO Boxes are not accepted as ship-to addresses, a physical address is required.
Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO military address within continental US will be delivered by UPS SurePost®. Standard shipping time is 10-20 days depending on the location and shipping restrictions of the US post office. We cannot ship via expedited ship methods to military addresses.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax for your shipping destination is based on the total cost of your order (including shipping). Sales Tax is added to your order and displayed at Checkout.
